Solutions architect with twelve years building consumer-tech platforms that scale to millions and stay secure under real attack. I currently lead architecture at Indonesia's largest pizza chain, an IDX-listed business running 600 outlets, six million customers a month, and around two million digital orders. Fifteen engineers report to me; I report to the CTO.

My remit covers the full stack: a two-site VoIP contact center across Jakarta and Solo Raya, offline-capable POS in every store, cloud POS with failover, the e-commerce site and mobile apps, CRM, supply chain integration, the data warehouse, and the AI platform we launched in Q1 2026 for chatbot and forecasting. I also own the production security architecture (WAF, DDoS, SIEM, pentest, IAM, IR runbooks) and brought the platform into compliance with Indonesia's UU PDP, which maps directly onto Saudi Arabia's PDPL and NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls. Cloud bill is down 20% since I took on cost optimization.
