Solutions architect with twelve years building consumer-tech platforms that scale to millions and stay secure under real attack. I currently lead architecture at Indonesia's largest pizza chain — an IDX-listed business running 600 outlets, six million customers a month, and around two million digital orders. Fifteen engineers report to me; I report to the CTO.

My remit covers the full stack: a two-site VoIP contact center across Jakarta and Solo Raya, offline-capable POS in every store, cloud POS with failover, the e-commerce site and mobile apps, CRM, supply chain integration, the data warehouse, and the AI platform we launched in Q1 2026 for chatbot and forecasting. I also own the production security architecture — WAF, DDoS, SIEM, pentest, IAM, IR runbooks — and brought the platform into compliance with Indonesia's UU PDP, which maps directly onto Saudi Arabia's PDPL and NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls. Cloud bill is down 20% since I took on cost optimization.
